It’s Bender’s Laser Show from Futurama: Season 4, Episode 7: “Jurassic Bark”.
I just all of a sudden got a yen to hear it, just like that one song from Disgaea 4 (that I just downloaded for myself). Anything weird ever just hit you like that?
I ended up uploading the thing myself because the only other one on YouTube was too short to have the whole 8-second clip. I sure hope it stays up, but nothing cool ever seems to.
